Ariana Restaurant was opened on December 10, 2004. We have four owners Glenn and Susan Asti and Andres and Ariana Fernandez. This restaurant is truly family owned and operated. After much planning conceptually about the type of restaurant we wanted we were absolutely blessed by the availability of a beautiful building on Galveston in Bend’s Westside. The purple bungalow used to house a well- loved coffeehouse called “A Cup of Magic”. After one week of backbreaking work around the clock we opened our doors. It seems as if we haven’t been able to sit down since, but it’s so much fun.
Our mission at Ariana Restaurant is to provide our guests with the very best experience possible. We go to great lengths to make that happen. From the produce and meats to specialty imported oils and cheeses, we’ve sourced the very best ingredients for our diners. We treat those ingredients with the utmost care in preparation and handling. We are a sustainable restaurant with a focus on local and organic products whenever available. Our wines are carefully selected to showcase the Northwest, as we are so fortunate to have such talented winemakers in Oregon and Washington. Our servers are knowledgeable in every aspect of our menus and are continually educated about wines and seasonal ingredients.
At Ariana Restaurant we have absolutely realized our dream of providing our guests with beautifully memorable meals. Owning and operating a restaurant is one of the hardest jobs we’ve ever done, yet it is so rewarding. We’ve really been blessed with amazing employees who are talented and work hard. We are so happy to call Bend our home. We have been given the warmest welcome by its residents and are overjoyed that people want to spend their precious moments with us.
