Cuttlefish “Pasta” Salad, Piquillo Peppers, Roasted Eggplant, Olives

Third Course

Camarones ala Plancha (Prawns Cooked on a Hot Griddle) with Parsley Oil

Fourth Course

Hongos y Huevo (Wild Mushrooms with 75˚ Egg)

Fifth Course

Arroz Caldoso de Pato (Brothy Duck Rice),Duck Liver

Sixth Course

Rabo del Toro (Braised Oxtail), Potato Crema

Seventh Course

Churros Con Chocolate, Caramel
